The challenge

To aggregate digital events from around Brighton and Sussex and display them in a calendar style format, allowing users to view further information about events within the calendar itself and add their own events.

Our solution

We adapted our calendar platform fit into the existing Wired Sussex structure and appearance. A 'Wired Sussex Events' widget above the main calendar gives extra prominence to their own events.

Event filtering allows users to drill down their area of interest, and switch between months easily. The calendar format was integrated to allow users to add events to their own calendar with ease.
