The challenge

In the run up to the Christmas retail season in 2009, Leighton required a full ecommerce site to be defined, designed, developed and deployed in just 6 weeks. This was an extremely tight timeframe for a project of its size, which meant very little margin for error.

Our solution

Having recently completed the Posture People ecommerce site we were able to move the production team seamlessly onto Leighton’s project. This ensured excellent continuity of code and a rapid deployment, whilst not taking undue risks with regards to the robustness of the site.

We worked very closely with Leighton and his team to ensure the design could be completed whilst the site development was already underway.
