PBR Group is an independent recruitment consultancy which specialises in the placement of professional and qualified candidates in the Construction, Education or Social Housing sectors.
The Challenge
We were asked to create a highly functional site for the PBR Group, it needed to:
- Be easy to update with a constant flow of new job postings
- Feed into other major job portal websites
- Increase the online conversion rate
- Generate a good volume of phone enquiries from potential applicants.
The Solution
We developed bespoke jobs board functionality which is easy to use, easy to update and technically rivals any other recruitment site on the market. The design itself is clean, modern and the information is presented in a highly usable way.
