The Client

GE CAT offer flight training and simulation solutions for the world's leading airlines.

The Challenge

GE CAT asked Makemedia to provide a future-proof simulation of Gatwick Airport that would work in any simulator on the market. Previously simulations would need to be tailored for each simulator so this approach gave more potential for much greater flexibility and creativity.

The Solution

We used all our technical and graphical skill to create a high-end simulation of the airport. This was designed so that it could run at a relatively simple level on the older simulators and at a much higher level of detail on new and future models coming onto the market.

The Results

The client was delighted with the success of the project and felt that we provided the best visuals they'd seen in their field yet.
