Discover what we do >

1, What is the Discovery phase?

During the Discovery phase we work with you to delve into your key business objectives. The aim of Discovery phase is to establish and refine a set of requirements and to ensure you are getting the very best use of your budget and the most appropriate expertise involved with the project.

The outcome of this process is a Discovery document, which clearly outlines what the project will include, design elements and any necessary R&D.

2, Which experts will I be working with?

You will be allocated a dedicated project manager on call for any questions or concerns you may have. UX designers, visual creatives and experienced developers are all available and selected dependent on the nature of the project and your requirements.

Your account manager will also support you and is available to advise you on future projects and commercial aspects.

3, What happens after the project has been launched?

Makemedia form true partnerships with clients and seek out mutually beneficial, long-term relationships – so we’d like to continue working with you!

After completion of the project we can provide support with an on-going managed service or based on a license for products. Our marketing and PR department can work with you to promote the launch of your project.

4, How do you ensure high quality results?

All projects are fully tested before launch and you will be supported throughout this process. Your allocated project manager and account manager will be on hand to deal with any questions and concerns. We work using Agile methodologies, which are designed to produce high quality results.

5, How does the Agile working process help me?

We work using proven Agile methodologies. It is a process that relies on regular contact between client and provider and is thus a truly aligned process. Agile helps you to get the very best value out of your budget, means that your project can be tested and released incrementally (generating revenues sooner rather than later) and ensures high quality results.

Agile gives us the flexibility to respond to your feedback, change should your business priorities shift and is ideal for a digital environment where a timely respond to the latest innovations in technology keeps you ahead of your competitors. Learn more about the Agile process
